Precision Sheep Management (PSM) training
For those who were unable to join the webinars live or would like the opportunity to listen to them again we have put the entire recorded series onto the CRC website.
The recordings have only minimal editing so you will hear the points of clarification and the questions asked by the live audience.
The webinars vary in length and run between 8 and 49 minutes. The table below gives the approx length and size of the recordings.

The recordings can be accessed by streaming from the website or they can be downloaded. Because the files have both audio and visual they can be quite large so your viewing option may be governed by your available bandwidth. The first time you view a recording you may be asked to download Webex Network Recording Player. This may take a couple of minutes.
Once into the recordings you will have the opportunity to pause, review or fast forward. If you would like to download the powerpoint presentations prior to listening to the recording this will give you some memory joggers and a place to make notes.

Pedigree Matrix
This software is used to process the files produced in the pedigree matching process. Three files are required - a file of lamb tabs, a file containing dam IDs and the output file from the data logger or Tru-test XR3000.

Precision Sheep Management Training Initiative
In August 2010 the Sheep CRC in conjunction with Rural Industries Skill Training (RIST) will announce the details of an exciting new National training initiative for producers interested in building their skills in Precision Sheep Management.
This will be achieved through their participation in an accredited nationally recognised training activity delivered by local industry experts skilled in precious sheep management practices and principles.
